Booking Contract

The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the product/service described below in connection with reservations made by the BUYER via the SELLER'S OR PROVIDER'S website or call center, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, to establish the rights and obligations of the parties.

The booker hereby confirms, in accordance with the provisions of this contract, that he has been clearly and comprehensively informed by the SELLER OR PROVIDER about the name, company name, full address, telephone number, and other contact details, basic characteristics of the product for sale including taxes, the sales price, the payment method, etc., as well as all pre-information about the product/service and the exercise of the right of withdrawal and how it can be exercised, as well as about complaints and objections and the official bodies to which they can be addressed, and that he has confirmed this pre-information electronically and/or by telephone or email from the SELLER OR PROVIDER before confirming the reservation and the contract.
