•   Terms of Booking & Payment
  • Booking / Confirmations
    Upon successful receipt of your deposit or full payment, we swiftly initiate the final steps to secure your reservation. Once we've obtained the necessary hotel confirmations, your booking confirmation or invoice will be promptly generated and sent to you via email.

  • From the booking confirmation or invoice, you can see the remaining amount to be paid and the due date for the remaining payment.
  •  
  • We kindly request that you thoroughly review all the details provided in your booking confirmation or invoice. Should you identify any inaccuracies or omissions in the information presented, we encourage you to promptly reach out to your dedicated sales representative.
  •  
  • In the event of any discrepancies, we are committed to facilitating the necessary adjustments to ensure the accuracy of your booking details and enhance your overall experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the precision of your reservation information.

  • For groups exceeding 10 people:
    A 50% deposit per person is necessary for the travel package. Reservations with arrivals within the next 56 days require full payment. Should you require flight booking services, full payment corresponding to the flight costs is mandatory.

  • For groups of fewer than 10 people:
    Full payment (100%) is required due to the nature of individual bookings, early booking terms, and individualized flight conditions.

  • MAD SPORTS TOURISM & TRAVEL reserves the right to make any necessary changes and corrections to your booking without notice.
  •  
  • Bank Transaction to Foreign Country;
  • (for non-EU countries): Please note that with a foreign bank transfer, it can take up to 3–4 working days until the money arrives in our account and the banks take bank processing fees for the transaction (the customer overtakes the costs).

•   Terms of Hotel cancellation
  • 50% cancellation fee of the total price for cancellations up to
  • 14 days before departure

  • 60% cancellation fee of the total price for cancellations up to
  • 07 days before departure

  • 80% cancellation fee of the total price for cancellations up to
  • 02 days before departure

  • 95% cancellation fee of the total price if canceled on
  • The day before arrival

  • 100% cancellation fee of the total price for cancellations

  • Under certain circumstances, like illness, we aim to facilitate refunds from the hotel or other sports facilities. To proceed, we kindly request an official doctor's receipt to validate the illness. (In a nutshell: Travel plans are currently challenging.)

  • The above cancellation terms only apply to sports trips. (MICE and other events, depending on the contract content.)
•   Terms of Flight cancellation
  • Unfortunately, flight cancellations result in a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund available for the flight costs. Additionally, in certain instances, it might not be possible to make date or name changes, or doing so could incur extra charges.

  • Here apply the regulations of the airlines.

  • All the cancellation fees apply not only to the cancellation of the entire tour group but also to individual participants, even if the rest of the group starts the trip in accordance with the contractual agreement. When traveling by air, the exchange and cancellation fees may vary widely depending on the airline and accommodation.

  • Golf baggage reservations for flights: Please note that airplanes only have a certain golf baggage capacity.
