Booking Conditions

1.1 Confirmation: Upon receipt of your booking request and confirmation by the hotel, you will receive our invoice. The booking is binding for you. The payment deadlines stated therein must be strictly observed.

1.2 Groups of 10 or More: A deposit of 50% of the total price is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining balance must be received by us at least 28 days prior to departure without any further reminders. For short-notice bookings (less than 56 days), the total amount is due immediately.

1.3 Small Groups (Under 10 Persons) & Flight Bookings: Immediate payment of 100% of the total price is always required upon booking.

1.4 Bank Fees: All bank processing fees (especially for international transfers) are to be borne exclusively by the client. Any discrepancies (e.g., due to exchange rate differences) must be settled in cash upon arrival.

The following cancellation fees apply to accommodation and sports facilities. These conditions are binding and non-negotiable:

Illness: Even in the event of the client's illness (even with a medical certificate), the above cancellation fees apply. MAD SPORTS TOURISM & TRAVEL is not obligated to claim refunds from the hotel or to cover these costs.

• 100% Cancellation Fee: Flight cancellations are strictly non-refundable and a 100% cancellation fee applies in all cases.
• Intermediary Role: MAD SPORTS TOURISM & TRAVEL acts solely as an intermediary (agent) for flight bookings. The contract of carriage is formed directly between the client and the airline.
• Disclaimer of Liability: We accept no liability for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost luggage, or airline strikes. Any claims for compensation must be directed by the client directly to the respective airline.
• Golf Baggage: The transportation of sports baggage is subject to the airline's capacity and is entirely at the client's own risk.

Important: These exceptions do not apply during peak holiday and festive periods!

• Name changes (for the hotel) can be made partially free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival.
• Up to 20% of the reported group can be canceled free of charge up to 1 month before departure (does not apply to flights).
• Groups of 10-39 persons: The hotel can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival (a 50% upfront deposit is mandatory).
• Groups of 40-100 persons: The hotel can be canceled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival (a 50% upfront deposit is mandatory).

5.1 Immediate Reporting Obligation: Should service deficiencies occur during the trip (e.g., at the hotel or sports facilities), the client is obligated to report the issue immediately on-site to the hotel reception and our local guide/agency to allow for remedial action.

5.2 Forfeiture of Claims: If the client fails to report a deficiency immediately on-site, all rights to price reductions or compensation claims become entirely void. Retrospective complaints made after the end of the trip will strictly not be accepted.

5.3 Personal Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents (passport, visa) and necessary health documents (vaccinations, etc.) in a timely manner. In the event of non-compliance (e.g., denied entry), all resulting cancellation costs shall be borne by the client; MAD SPORTS TOURISM & TRAVEL cannot be held liable.

6.1 Third-Party Services: We are not liable for service disruptions, personal injury, or property damage in connection with services provided by third parties (hotels, transport companies, excursions). Entering sports facilities and participating in activities are entirely at the client's own risk.

6.2 Liability Limit: To the extent permitted by law, any liability of MAD SPORTS TOURISM & TRAVEL for damages is limited solely to the pure booking value. Claims for indirect damages or non-material damages such as loss of holiday enjoyment are expressly rejected.

6.3 Force Majeure: In the event that the trip is hindered, endangered, or made impossible by unforeseen force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, earthquakes, pandemics, official bans, strikes, war, or riots), MAD SPORTS TOURISM & TRAVEL is exempt from all service obligations and liability.

MAD SPORTS TOURISM & TRAVEL is a legally registered company in the Republic of Turkey.

Applicable Law: All legal relationships, contracts, and agreements between the client and MAD SPORTS TOURISM & TRAVEL are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Jurisdiction: For all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract and the services provided, the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya, Turkey are agreed upon as the sole and exclusive jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of the courts at the client's place of residence (especially within the EU) is expressly rejected and excluded.
