This Comprehensive Privacy Notice meticulously regulates the procedures and principles for the processing of your personal data collected by MAD Turizm Bilişim Organizasyon Taşımacılık Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "MAD SPORTS"), acting as the Data Controller, through our website, digital infrastructures (RMS and Assistant Tool), marketing funnels, and direct communication channels.
In the execution of our sports tourism, camp organization, accommodation, transfer, and logistics services at international standards, transparency, high-level data security, and absolute legal compliance are our fundamental corporate principles. Data belonging to our clients, athletes, and technical staff are processed strictly within the required scope of the service, within legal boundaries, and protected by top-tier encryption technologies.
Due to the nature of sports tourism, the following data categories are processed within our Company:
Any Club Official, Coach, or Team Representative who transfers personal and special categories of health/travel data belonging to their athletes, technical staff, or delegation members to our Company via the MAD SPORTS reservation systems, Assistant Tool, or direct e-mail channels:
1. Provision of Explicit Consent: Irrevocably accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have personally obtained the legally required Explicit Consent and Privacy Notices compliant with KVKK and GDPR from all athletes, staff (and legal guardians for minors) prior to transferring the data to our Company.
2. Full Liability and Right of Recourse: Any administrative fines, legal sanctions, and criminal liabilities arising from the failure to fulfill the obligation to inform and obtain consent, or from the unauthorized/incorrect transfer of data, belong directly and entirely to the Club and Official uploading the data. MAD SPORTS shall exercise its right of recourse against the relevant official for all material and moral damages incurred due to such breaches.
Users who agree to "Get an Online Quote" by filling out forms on our website or logging into our systems are deemed to have consented to the execution of special campaigns, sports tourism analyses, and personalized marketing activities directed at them.
Your collected personal data will STRICTLY NEVER be sold to data brokers or third-party advertising agencies. Your data is transferred to the following authorities only when required by the service and mandated by legal legislation:
All "Reservation" and "Quote Request" forms reaching us from our websites, e-mails, or agency panels are directly processed into our RMS (Reservation Management System) infrastructure. A "Customer" profile is created on a club and manager basis within this system. Quote generation, accommodation management, budgeting, and operational planning are securely processed and stored in this closed-circuit cloud system, based on the legal grounds of the performance of a contract.
All approved reservations are transferred to our specialized assistant software, the MAD Assistant Tool, for operational management and are made available to coaches/managers. Delegation lists, flight tickets, room distributions, and travel documents are managed here.
COMMITMENT: Passports, visas, tickets, or health documents uploaded to the Assistant Tool will UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES be shared with 3rd parties, institutions, or advertising networks. Data is strictly kept on end-to-end encrypted servers.
To improve service quality and optimize our digital marketing processes (Conversion Tracking), the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, Google Analytics, and various trackers are utilized on our site. Through these technologies, anonymized browser data, quote viewing statistics, and IP movements are analyzed to present you with the most suitable sports camp advertisements (Remarketing). These tracking activities are conducted within the framework of our Cookie Policy and legal consent declarations.
As the relevant persons whose personal data is processed, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing, know the 3rd parties to whom it is transferred domestically/internationally, request the correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request its deletion/destruction when legal conditions are met, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
