- How can I book my training camp?

- When should I make a reservation for the training camp?
- • If you book in August to September you have the best chance of getting the offer you want (95% of the products are available)
• If you book in October to November, the offer may be limited (50% of the products are available)
• From December, hotel and airline product availability will be reduced, with less than 20% of products available will stand.

- How can I book a flight with you?
- There is no need to book separate flights as our package already includes flights. So you can concentrate fully on the training camp and your training sessions without having to worry about the flights.
- You will find all flight details in the travel documents we sent you. Please check the flight time, route and day and let us know if you would like any changes.
- Is there a cancellation policy for the hotel?
- The cancellation and payment policy for each hotel is included in the quote we will send you. Please read them carefully.
- Normally the cancellation rates are as in the Booking Conditions.
- If the offer doesn't list a cancellation policy, please contact us. We will send you the current terms as soon as possible. However, please note that these Terms may change over time and your best option is to contact us directly.
- Offer cancellation policy may vary by hotel. To make sure you know the right conditions, we recommend that you read the cancellation and payment conditions carefully. (Please see quotation form)
- In the case of special occasions such as major events or tournaments, the payment terms for the hotel may differ from those in the offer.
- Is there a cancellation policy for flights?

With MAD SPORTS TOURISM & TRAVEL you have full flexibility: you want to book your next training camp, but have concerns about Corona and don't want to take any risks? No problem: with our protection package you can even cancel or rebook free of charge up to 60 days before departure.
On selected routes, the offer will be reserved for you for 7 days without obligation
• Inexpensive flights for groups of 10 or more
• Name reports/name changes are possible free of charge up to 3 days before departure
• Up to 20% of booked passengers can be canceled free of charge up to 1 month before departure
• Free cancellation for your group on long-haul flights up to 60 days before departureFor groups of 10 to 39 people, a deposit of approximately 50% is required. Cancellation is possible up to 60 days before departure free of charge
For groups of 40 to 100 people you must transfer a deposit of approximately 50%. Cancellation is possible up to 90 days before departure free of charge
The balance payment must be made no later than 28 days before the flight and the payment information must be sent in writing

- How do I receive my booking confirmation and travel documents?
- After a successful booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail, which contains all the necessary information such as travel documents. You will also receive a document from us that describes the course of the training camp at the booked travel destination.
- What services are included in the price of the training camp?
- The price for the training camp at MAD SPORTS TRAVEL usually includes accommodation, flights, airport transfers, meals, training sessions and access to sports facilities. Please check the services included in the price when confirming your booking or contact us for more information.
- What are the payment options for booking a training camp?
